internet addiction

i read interesting topic in the internet today, it's about Internet addiction disorder. First thing i do is find out what is internet addiction? thanks to Wikipedia hehehe. However experts still arguing about the terms to be used on internet addiction disorder or whatever~. The terms that accepted for excessive internet use is Problematic computer use or pathological computer use, not addiction.

i also found this website that can measure our addictiveness to the internet, and i scored 57 points which conclude that i' am "experiencing occasional or frequent problems because of the Internet and i should consider their full impact on my life". WTF??~


should i reduce surfing the internet? i just planning to have broadband! sigh~ but im sure that 57 points is not making me an internet addict! so the broadband is on! hahahahaha

use the net.. dont make the net use you~ or you will be stuck forever! (sungguh sengal~)
