Aidilfitri this year bless me with a new experience, my first raya (as a married man) at my wife kampung, after two previous aidilfitri not celebrating raya because stuck in the office and working. It took me about 7 hours driving from Shah Alam to Perlis, and damn..it was a long journey I can say. Sabah just two hour plus, but by flight la...hahahaha~
Nothing can beat celebrate raya at kampung (even it is not my own kg). I would say the celebration is simple, but the feeling is great and enjoyable and I really feels right at home spending raya with my own family at Sabah..dont get me wrong, my wife family is my family too, rite?. The day before raya, I was able to help my emak in law to prepare the famous ketupat daun palas. Ketupat daun palas together with rendang daging or ayam is the main menu for raya in the northern state, especially Perlis well said. (correct me if im wrong).since, gua takde gambar 2 raya sebelum ni, raya this year kena amik manyak-manyak~ but tersangat malas nak upload, gua upload sket-sket je..
